Shipping Policy

At Passionate Yarns, we strive to get your items shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

During busy seasons, holidays, or special requests, processing may take a little longer. If so, we will notify you by email.

Shipping:
We primarily ship with DHL, DAO, PostNord, or GLS. You can choose your preferred carrier.

During checkout, you have the option to select which shipping company you would like to use.

You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
The risk for the item passes to you upon shipment.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from Denmark 🇩🇰. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • UK, Norway, Switzerland: 5–10 business days

  • USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Customs & VAT
For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand), local customs duties and VAT may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates vary by country and will be shown at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Delayed Deliveries:
If your package is delayed, please contact us at passionateyarns@outlook.com so we can help track it.

Note:
As all our skeins are hand-dyed and unique, we recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project at once to ensure all skeins are from the same dye lot.
