Shipping Policy

At Passionate Yarns, we strive to get your items shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
If there is a longer processing time due to high season, holidays, or special orders, we will inform you via email.

Shipping:
We primarily ship with DAO, PostNord, or GLS. You can choose your preferred carrier.

During checkout, you have the option to select which shipping company you would like to use.
You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
The risk for the item passes to you upon shipment.

Delivery Time:
Within Denmark: typically 1–3 business days after shipment.
To EU countries: typically 3–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary due to local conditions, customs, or unforeseen events.

Delayed Deliveries:
If your package is delayed, please contact us at passionateyarns@outlook.com so we can help track it.

Note:
As all our skeins are hand-dyed and unique, we recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project at once to ensure all skeins are from the same dye lot.
