Terms of Service and Policies – Passionate Yarns

Welcome!
When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Passionate Yarns. By shopping with us, you agree to our terms and policies.

1. Orders
When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed it and received payment.

Always check your order before submission; changes or cancellations may not always be accommodated.

2. Products
All our skeins of yarn are hand-dyed and unique. Even from the same dye batch, there may be slight variations. We recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project at once.

Colors and appearance may vary from on-screen images.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, provided the item is unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Hand-dyed yarn is considered unique, and we may refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.

Please contact us first at passionateyarns@outlook.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Uncollected packages or packages where delivery is refused may result in return shipping costs being deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, the amount will be refunded via your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

5. Liability
We strive to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our webshop, including images, text, and design, belongs to Passionate Yarns. You may not copy or distribute any content without permission.
